This iteration of Gray Label Bourbon is crafted from bourbons with diverse ages originating from five distinct mash bills. Following the blending process, the amalgamated spirit is transferred into casks constructed using 36-month air-dried staves that formerly housed Gray Label Bourbon. Here, it undergoes a period of rest and additional maturation. The outcome of this unique cask interaction is a smooth and refined bourbon, boasting a gentle oxidative character and deep notes of dried fruit.
