The Rupert & Rothschild partnership was formed in 1997 by the late Dr Anton Rupert of South Africa and the late Baron Edmond de Rothschild of France. It is a blend of 70% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Cabernet Franc from Stellenbosch that is tightly structured and intense with notes of blueberry, plum, cedar and dark chocolate.
