2013 was the inaugural vintage of Brunella, one of the most prized sites in Castiglione Falletto. It is a classical expression of Nebbiolo with lovely notes of dried fruit and spice but very distinctive notes of liquorice root. It is balanced, fresh and elegant but has underlying power, drive and complexity.
