Goose Island Bardstown Bourbon Co Collaboration is a limited-edition Kentucky Bourbon produced at the Bardstown Distillery in collaboration with the craft brewer, Goose Island. Part of Barstown`s Collaborative Series, this is a blend of six and seven-year Kentucky Bourbon that has been aged for a further 12 months in Goose Island Bourbon County stout barrels, then married with a classic nine-year Barstown Kentucky Bourbon. Producer note. "Dark chocolate, honey, toasted almond, and vanilla cream create an enveloping, . decadent aroma. On the palate, roasted malt, cacao, and allspice lead to lasting balance of exquisite flavour."
