`This Septered Isle` is born from the idea of doing something new with something old and uses the seven traditional grape varieties of Champagne. Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Petit Meslier, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Arbanne, Pinot Meunier. A complex white with notes of custard apple with hints of citrus and cream. Unctuous with well-balanced acidity and citrus fruit balanced by a rich and developed finish. Try paired with white meats and pasta dishes.
