Aubert is a boutique Chardonnay and Pinot Noir estate that produces wine from single-vineyard sites in Napa Valley and Sonoma. Founded by husband-and-wife Mark and Teresa Aubert in 1999, it is regarded to be one of California’s cult wine labels. CIX is the second estate vineyard that Aubert developed. It shares its eastern fence line with Lauren Estate but has a different soil geology. very white soil that looks like sea salt. The 2021 vintage reveals notes of honeysuckle, wildflower honey, sweet almonds and hints of citrus fruit.
