Au Sommet is a collaborative project between vintner John Schwartz, viticulturist Jim Barbour and legendary ex-Screaming Eagle winemaker Heidi Barrett. This is an exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon from a vineyard on Atlas Peak sitting at 2100ft elevation. It is the perfect combination of sumptuous fruit, texture and decadence with exceptional finesse and terroir expression.
