Domaine Aurore Bachelet Au Fil de Narosse 2020 is a medium-bodied, single-vineyard Burgundy red wine from the Santenay appellation of the Côte de Beaune. Aurore Bachelet is a talented young winemaker with a growing reputation for producing elegant, terroir-driven Burgundy wines, in particular reds, in Santenay, just south of Chassagne-Montrachet. Produced from a single parcel of Pinot Noir from vines aged 35 years, Au Fil de Narosse was matured for 12 months in oak barrels and a further four months in steel tanks before bottling. A supple and easy-to-drink Pinot Noir with delicate structure, and notes of wild raspberry and ripe cherry.
