The 2023 vintage benefited from a prolonged growing season, allowing for optimal ripeness and acidity retention. Hand-harvested, whole-cluster pressed, and fermented in neutral French oak, this wine undergoes malolactic fermentation for added complexity. Au Bon Climat, founded by Jim Clendenen in 1982, is known for its commitment to traditional winemaking techniques.
