Artemis Karamolegos Winery is one of the most dynamic and exciting wineries in Santorini. Pyritis is made from three extraordinary parcels of Assyrtiko vines that are thought to be up to 120 years of age – two in Pyrgos and one in Megalochori. Vinification is temperature controlled using only neutral yeasts in order to preserve maximum varietal character. It is matured for 10 months on lees with regular bâtonnage. Bursting with energy and concentration, this is an exceptionally high quality and refined expression of this wonderful variety.
