Artemis Karamolegos Ftelos 2021 is sourced from 150-year-old Assyrtiko vines in Fira, Santorini. This vintage undergoes a meticulous pre-fermentation cold soak, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures. It matures on its gross lees for 24 months, with regular stirring to enhance complexity. The result is a wine with a bright apricot aroma, complemented by flinty minerality, hints of seaweed, and grapefruit. The palate exhibits a steady minerality with a persistent, saline finish. Artemis Karamolegos is known for its dedication to traditional winemaking practices.
