Les Canons du Jean Julien Crinquand Arbois Les Rouge Pinot Ploussard 2022 is a medium-bodied red wine from the Jura region of France. A relative newcomer to the Jura natural wine scene, Julien Crinquand apprenticed at Domaine de St Peirre with Fabrice Dodane before launching his own winery, based in Les Arsures. The name Les Canons du Jean pays homage to Julien`s grandfather. This red cuvée is a 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir and Poulsard from young and old vines, with bunches destemmed by hand before whole-berry fermentation. A bright, lifted red with juicy red fruits, floral notes and zingy acidity.
