Aperitivo was conceived by artisanal spirit producer, Del Professore, to recreate the flavours of 1950’s Italy. It is made by infusing alcohol with mandarin, lemon, gentian and other spices to make a well-balanced drink with long-lasting flavours and a delicately bitter aftertaste. Naturally orangey-red in colour, it exudes beautiful aromas of fresh cut citrus, sage, dried flowers and bitter herbs.
