Amrut Double Cask

Amrut is a well-established distillery renowned for pioneering the production of single malt whiskies in India. Established in 1947, just before India gained independence, the company is currently headquartered in Bangalore. Released in 2017, this iteration of the `Double Cask` series merges whisky aged in a bourbon cask with that from a Port pipe. Previous releases from their Double Cask series featured combinations of bourbon and Sherry casks.
