Cavalchina Amedeo Custoza Superiore 2022 is a full-bodied blended white wine produced from the Veneto region of northern Italy. A blend of Garganega, Fernanda (a clone of Cortese), Trebbianello (a clone of Tocai) and Trebbiano, this elegant, barrel-fermented white offers ripe notes of peach, vanilla and white flowers. The wine takes its name from Prince Amedeo of Savoia, who fought in the Third Italian War of Independence near the Cavalchina estate and in whose memory a stone has been laid at the entrance to the Cavalchina winery.
