A charming, unoaked white wine, Castel La Vie Blanc combines Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Gewürztraminer, where each grape variety makes a distinct contribution to the blend. The Chardonnay forms the foundation, imparting structure and balance to the wine. The Sauvignon Blanc introduces vibrant citrus and melon notes, while the Gewürztraminer enriches the blend with floral nuances and enhances its silky texture. A remarkable representation from this prestigious Israeli winery. Kosher for Passover.
