Former assistant to the legendary Valpolicella producer Giuseppe Quintarelli, Nicola Ferrari and his wife Laura decided to make their own wines from 4 hectares of organically farmed vines in Fumane. And so, Monte Santoccio was born. From their portfolio comes this Amarone della Valpolicella Classico, showing intense and complex aromas of blackberries, plums and red fruits jam, with the addition of balsamic notes. On the palate, the wine has a discreet heat and a dry finish.
