Considered the crown jewel of Zenato’s portfolio, this wine is made from a selection of the best Corvina, Rondinella, Oseleta and Croatina grapes. They are dried for 4 months, and crushing is not carried out until January. Slow fermentation with skin contact is followed by a 36-month ageing process in large Slavonian casks. The result is a powerful and rich red wine, filled with cherries, raisins, chocolate and anise notes on the nose and the palate.
