Allegrini is a well-known and respected producer in the Valpolicella region of Italy, crafting high-quality wines with a focus on the indigenous grape varieties of the region. The Amarone Allegrini 2018 is deep ruby red in colour, with a complex and intense bouquet. On the nose, aromas of ripe black cherries, blackberries, and plums are intertwined with notes of dark chocolate, tobacco and dried herbs. There`s a touch of sweetness on the palate, which is typical of Amarone wines, but it is well balanced by the wine`s structure and depth.
