Alipús was set up in 1999 as a project of the Grupo Los Danzantes, which is based in Ciudad de México. This particular release is produced by Don Felix Garcia, using 50% Espadín and 50% Tobala agaves. It is intensely rich on the palate, with a distinctive soft mouthfeel that comes from distillation in clay.
