Akashi-Tai Shiraume Ginjo Umeshu is a liqueur crafted from ume plums, a staple of Japanese culture. Produced by the Matsui family, who have been brewing sake since 1910, this umeshu undergoes a meticulous process. the plums are macerated in Ginjo sake for six months before being aged in enamel tanks for two years. The result is a sweet, fruit-forward beverage that captures the essence of ume, reflecting its heritage and craftsmanship. Enjoy it neat or as part of a cocktail.
