Founded in 1894, this grower estate is situated in the Côte des Blancs and is headed up by the current proprietor, Pascal Agrapart. Spanning 10ha, the vineyard is spread out across Grand Cru villages and is planted with Chardonnay.
Minéral 2016 is an Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Champagne produced from two selected vineyard plots in the villages of Cramant and Avize characterised by their classically chalky soils. Precise, savoury, and saline, Minéral is disgorged 2 months before release with 3g/l dosage.
