Adir’s wines are made from grapes grown in the Zimra vineyard which was planted in the 1980s and 90s in the Upper Galilee. The 2016 Plato is the flagship wine of Adir and is produced from mostly Cabernet Sauvignon. It is deep and concentrated in aroma and flavour with exceptional balance throughout.
