Adir Kerem Ben Zimra Shiraz 2021 is a full-bodied kosher red wine from the Upper Galilee region of Israel. Established in 2003, Adir Winery is a family-owned winery located in the heart of the Upper Galilee. The wines are made with grapes grown in the Kerem Ben Zimra vineyards, such as this 100% Shiraz. The nose is very fragrant, with notes of black fruits, raspberries, plums, spicy oak, dried herbs and black pepper. Full-bodied and with medium tannins, the palate is vibrant and finishes on a smoky note.
