Adir’s wines are made from grapes grown in the Zimra vineyard which was planted in the 1980s and 90s in the Upper Galilee. The 2016 Shiraz is deeply concentrated with layers of black fruits, herbs and smoke. It is graceful and soft in texture, perfect for short- to medium-term drinking.
