Here at Hedonism Wines, we like to ensure that your wine reaches you in optimal condition. We might sometimes refuse to ship wines if weather conditions are considered unsuitable or a temperature-controlled service is unavailable.

In the event that we deem conditions to be unsuitable for the shipping of wines, but you would still like to proceed, please complete the below form and click "submit".

By clicking "submit", I hereby declare that I take full responsibility for any damage or spoilage which may occur during transportation to the products on the order reference entered above. 

There will be no recourse to Hedonism Drinks Ltd should the products be negatively affected by the method of transport or extended exposure to inappropriate temperatures.

The goods in question will therefore  be transported at the customer’s own risk.
