An exciting release from Champagne Legrand-Latour, Yprésie is a blend of 70% Pinot Meunier and 30% Pinot Noir. The fermentation process is conducted with indigenous yeasts. Following an 11-month ageing period in neutral barrels, the wine matures for almost two years under cork before disgorgement in the summer. It exhibits a profound vinous character alongside intense chalkiness, accompanied by subtle floral notes. Deliberately less effervescent than most Champagnes, it emerges as an exceptional wine for gastronomic pairings
