Willett 4 Year Old Family Reserve

A rare offering from The Willett Distillery, this small batch rye is exclusively estate bottled by the family. Aged for four years in carefully selected white oak barrels and hand-bottled at cask strength, it presents a nose characterized by an interplay of brandied cherry atop a subtly tart cherry base. With time, it unfolds, resembling the experience of cutting into a dessert, releasing cinnamon, baking spices, and a hint of oak. The palate boasts a robust rye profile, featuring dark cherry, burnt vanilla, and a plethora of spices.
