Wild Turkey Master’s Keep Unforgotten is a premium offering within Wild Turkey`s annual Master’s Keep Collection. This edition is a skilful blend of Kentucky straight bourbon and rye whiskies, culminating in a unique finish in ex-rye casks. Drawing inspiration from the past Forgiven expression, this release elevates the age profile, with Master Distiller Eddie Russell combining a 13-year-old bourbon with 8 and 9-year-old rye whiskies. After maturing in rye casks in the famous pre-Prohibition Rickhouse B, the bourbon is bottled at 52.5% ABV, preserving its unfiltered richness. The result is a well-balanced whiskey, boasting notes of caramel, dried fruit, sweet oak, honey, black pepper, and warm baking spices.
