Luís Pato`s ‘Vinhas Velhas Branco’ is another white wine from the Bairrada region, showcasing the potential of the region`s indigenous grape varieties. It is a blend of Bical, Cerceal and Sercialinho, sourced from old vines in the region. The wine is fermented and matured in stainless-steel vats and delivers notes of pears, apples, white flowers and roasted nuts.
