Vilmart is a grower champagne producer from Rilly-la-Montagne in the Montagne de Reims subregion of Champagne. Vilmart is known for its high-quality champagnes, which are made from grapes grown in their own vineyards. The Coeur de Cuvée is Vilmart`s flagship champagne and is made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes. The wine is aged for a minimum of 10 years before being released. A must-try.
