Tenuta di Ghizzano is a family estate based round a hilltop village near Pisa in Tuscany. Veneroso is a Sangiovese based wine with 25% Cabernet Sauvignon which lends a gloriously Napa styled texture to the wine without overpowering the quintessential expression of Tuscan Sangiovese in the wine. 16 months in 500L used French oak casks add spicy notes and soften the tannins.
