Founded in 1938, Argiolas is a leading name in Sardinia and continues to make some of the island’s best wines. The 2018 is a sumptuous blend of native varietals. 85% Cannonau, 5% Carignano, 5% Bovale Sardo and 5% Malvasia Nera. Structured by powerful tannins and showcasing heady red and black fruit, with herbal, coffeed nuances. Decanting recommended. Pair with stewed game, cured meats or aged Pecorino cheese.
