An intriguing, ultra-intense non-vintage blend originating from ungrafted century-old vines situated at 750-850 metres on fragmented granite and schist soils. Razor-sharp mineral acidity brings life and length to the multiple layers of fragrant chamomile, taut quince, and grapefruit, along with richer savoury notes of marzipan and roasted chestnut. To achieve freshness and phenolic tension, each vintage in this blend (2015 to 2019) underwent 48 hours of skin contact after crushing. A must-try.
