Lambic beers are spontaneously fermented and made from unmalted wheat and barley. They are fermented in oak barrels and can be aged for several years. Tilquin Pinot Gris A L`Ancienne has a pale yellow colour and a tart, sour flavour with notes of green fruits and spices. The beer has a medium body and a dry finish.
