Frank Cornelissen has a reputation for creating some of the most idiosyncratic yet captivating and delicious wines in Sicily. Susucaru Rosso is an entry level field-blend of mostly Nerello Mascalese with other local varieties from a combination of his Mt Etna vineyards. Fermented in with indigenous yeasts with an extended skin-maceration period of 60 days, this is a bright, textural and energetic red with incredibly vibrant red cherry fruit and deep smoky savouriness.
