This whiskey undergoes a double distillation process using 100% malted barley and matures for 4 years in fresh American white oak barrels. Subsequently, it undergoes a cask finish in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso Sherry barrels. The nose is rich with aromas of dried fruits such as raisins, figs, and dates, complemented by honey, grape syrup, jam, and candied fruit. Its palate features a blend of chocolate, coffee, and raisin tones from the PX barrels, intermingled with caramel, nutty, and fruity flavours derived from the Oloroso barrels.
