Schramsberg is one of Napa Valley`s most historic wineries, situated within the Calistoga AVA. Its roots date back to 1862, and today, it specializes in traditional method sparkling wines. The Blanc de Blancs style from Schramsberg is known for its dry and crips profile. Small batches of barrel-fermented wines, some of which undergo malolactic fermentation, are carefully combined with stainless-steel fermented wines to enhance the complexity of the base wine blend. Following a secondary fermentation in the bottle, the wine matures on its lees for approximately two years before disgorgement. Thanks to its vibrant, fruity, and focused profile, this sparkling wine will retain its freshness, structure, and refined finish for numerous years, even decades after its initial release.
