The estate was established in 1984 by Olivier Leflaive and his brother Patrick, who come from a long line of winemakers. This release is sourced from three exceptional parcels in Saint Romain, showcasing the finest terroirs of the region. Crafted with utmost care, it undergoes 100%-barrel fermentation, resulting in a wine with a captivating floral aroma of honeysuckle and white stone fruits, complemented by a subtle hint of smoky flint. The palate reveals a delightful interplay of vibrant citrus fruit and invigorating minerality, culminating in a lingering and satisfying finish.
