Based in the village of Corpeau, Jean-Charles Fagot took over the Domaine from his father in the mid-1990s and never looked back. Jean-Charles is also the owner of a restaurant – Auberge du Vieux Vigneron – which has a great range of wines on the list. His Saint Romain has plenty of ripe, honeyed fruit and the higher altitude vineyards give the wine freshness and excellent minerality.
