Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil Les Quarterons Amirault 2021

Domaine Amirault Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil Les Quarterons 2021 is a single-vineyard Cabernet Franc red wine produced in the Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgeuil appellation of the Loire Valley. Produced from biodynamically farmed fruit by sixth-generation winemaker Benoît Amirault, with a small proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon adding flesh and backbone, Les Quarterons 2021 was fermented in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts and matured for 12 months on concrete tanks. The wine is delicate, refreshing and fine-boned, with soft red fruits and floral notes.
