This 12-year-old offering is part of the Ron Santiago de Cuba collection of rums. The distillery cultivates its own molasses from sugar cane in south-east Cuba, distilling it before allowing the rum to mature in white oak barrels. Stored at The Don Pancho warehouse, legend has it that the barrels, influenced by nearby train tracks, subtly quiver as trains pass. A skilfully crafted expression from Cuban distillers, offering a wealth of flavours.
