Pursued By Bear Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 is a full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon red wine produced in the Washington State region of the USA. The flagship wine of the estate, the Pursued By Bear Cabernet Sauvignon is made with fruit from the Columbia Valley appellation of Washington. Coming from an exceptionally good vintage, the 2019 contains a dash of both Cabernet Franc and Merlot, and was matured for 22 months in 100% new Taransaud French oak barrels. Producer note. "Dark berry aromas and flavours, along with undertones of plum and cassis, complement the wine’s elegant structure, impeccable balance, and fine tannins. A small amount of Cabernet Franc, a new addition to the blend, contributes refined notes of coffee and tapenade, and a touch of Merlot adds a hint of sweet cherry."
