Procera is a gin producer based in Nairobi with the first craft distillery in Kenya founded in 2019 by Australian financier Guy Brennan. It is named after juniperus procera, also known as African Juniper being the only juniper species indigenous to the southern hemisphere. Whereas most gins are typically produced from common juniper (juniper communis), Procera was the first to be made from its namesake.
Procera Green Dot features Juniper Procera with a small addition of Juniper Communis alongside a selection of other botanicals and the result is a rich and complex gin which is very versatile, fantastic for both cocktails and G&Ts!
