A powerful Tuscan red made with over 90% Sangiovese with the remainder of the blend made up of Canaiolo and Colorino. Aged for 16-18 months in French oak tonneaux, expect aromas of ripe, black-skinned fruit, camphor and French oak. Full-bodied and concentrated, the palate offers steeped prune, black cherry and liquorice. Available here in half-bottles.
