Pietraincatenata Fiano 2022 is a medium- to full-bodied white wine from the Campania region of southern Italy. Luigi Maffini established his cellar in 1996 with the aim of creating great wines that have a deep connection with their homeland. Based in the coastal area of Campania in southern Italy, his vineyard area consists of just six acres which are planted mostly to Aglianico and Fiano. Pietraincatenata Fiano 2022 is a vibrant yet naturally rich expression of Fiano, that offers up wonderful scents of citrus, tropical fruits, savoury herbs and crushed stones. On the palate it is silky smooth yet perfectly tempered by bright acidity and a lick of salty minerality, making this the ideal accompaniment to fritto misto or chargrilled Mediterranean vegetables.
