In the words of cellar master, Séverine Frerson, "Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque Blanc de Blancs is the jewel of the collection – the quintessential expression of Chardonnay in the style of Maison Perrier-Jouët." Produced from 100% Chardonnay from Grand Cru vineyards and aged for 8 years on the lees. The 2002 was considered a very good harvest, resulting in a wine with a beautifully citrus dominant nose, carrying through to tropical fruit and fresh ginger on the palate.
