Paul Lato Cinematique Larner Vineyard Syrah 2008 is a mature-vintage single-vineyard Syrah from the Ballard Canyon AVA in the Santa Barbara County of California. In recent years the Larner vineyard has become one of the most prized sites for Syrah in Santa Barbara County. Syrahs produced from this vineyard are concentrated yet elegant, with well-defined aromatics, and excellent texture and length - reminiscent of the Côte-Rôtie wines of the northern Rhône. "Gorgeous aromas of spring flowers, black olives, blackberries, black currants, and raspberries jump from the glass of this full-bodied, intense, complex, elegant Syrah.
