Palmaz Vineyards is situated on Mount George, Napa Valley, and it is recognized for its gravity-flow winery, which uses a multistorey design for winemaking. This design allows for a gentle and natural flow of grapes and wine throughout the winemaking process. Palmaz Vineyards is particularly noted for its Cabernet Sauvignon wines. This particular release from the 2004 vintage was aged in 70% new French oak barrels for 22 months.
