Pal’alma Papalote Cupreata Guerrero 2023 is a limited-edition spirit crafted by maestro Artemio Garcia Barrios. This expression utilises Papalote agave, or Cupreata, which has been milled using traditional methods with a wooden mallet and axe. After distillation, it rests in glass for 15 months, allowing for a nuanced development of flavour. Only 66 bottles have been produced, highlighting the rarity of this release. Pal’alma focuses on small-batch spirits, showcasing the traditional practices of Mexico`s lesser-known regions.
